Hydrotherapy 1 on 1 hydrotherapy (Mascot and San Souci)

Our trained physiotherapists and exercise physiologists will design and guide you through a hydro exercise program specific to your needs. This program is completed entirely in water in our onsite hydrotherapy pool. The buoyancy of the water allows for decreased weight-bearing, which means you can take the load off your joints and often exercise sooner than you would be able to on land. Our onsite hydrotherapy pools are one of the only pools you can access privately in the entire Sydney region.

The temperature of the pool is a warm therapeutic 34degrees with magnesium for muscle recovery.

Small Group Hydrotherapy (San Souci only)

Our exercise physiologists run small private hydrotherapy classes of maximum 4-5 people at our new San Souci clinic. Each patient must have a one on one initial assessment first to allow our therapists to tailor a hydro exercise plan specific to their needs. They can then join the class to complete their specific rehab program under the supervision of our exercise physiologists in a small group setting. Aquatic therapy in leisure centres can be scary exercising with an injury and close supervision and encouragement by our EPs at Rehab First in San Souci can greatly help achieve their health goals.
