Your Rehab Journey Starts Here
Physiotherapy
Relieve Pain, Restore Movement, and Rebuild Function — With the Experts in Human Movement.
Physiotherapy is at the heart of injury management and physical rehabilitation. At Rehab First, our physiotherapists combine hands-on treatment, detailed assessments, and targeted exercise therapy to help you move better, feel stronger, and recover faster.
Our approach is not just about treating pain — it’s about identifying the root cause of your problem, addressing it with evidence-based techniques, and giving you the tools to manage your condition long term. We guide you through every stage of recovery, from acute injury management to return-to-activity and prevention of recurrence.
Whether you’re dealing with a recent injury, chronic pain, post-surgery rehab, or age-related physical decline, our physios will create a tailored plan to support your personal goals and empower you to take control of your health.
Why Physiotherapy Matters:
Reduces pain and inflammation
Improves strength, flexibility, and mobility
Prevents re-injury and supports long-term joint health
Enhances recovery after surgery or trauma
Supports return to work, sport, and daily activity
Educates you on posture, movement, and self-management strategies

Conditions We Treat:

Hydrotherapy
1-on-1 Hydrotherapy (Mascot and Sans Souci)
Our trained physiotherapists and exercise physiologists will design and guide you through a hydrotherapy exercise program specific to your needs. This program is completed entirely in water in our onsite hydrotherapy pool. The buoyancy of the water allows for decreased weight-bearing, which means you can take the load off your joints and often exercise sooner than you would be able to on land. Our onsite hydrotherapy pools are one of the only pools you can access privately in the entire Sydney region.
The temperature of the pool is a warm therapeutic 34 degrees with magnesium for muscle recovery.
Small Group Hydrotherapy (Sans Souci only)
Our exercise physiologists run small private hydrotherapy classes of maximum 4–5 people at our new Sans Souci clinic. Each patient must have a one-on-one initial assessment first to allow our therapists to tailor a hydro exercise plan specific to their needs. They can then join the class to complete their specific rehab program under the supervision of our exercise physiologists in a small group setting. Aquatic therapy in leisure centres can be daunting when exercising with an injury. Close supervision and encouragement by our EPs at Rehab First in Sans Souci can greatly help achieve your health goals.
Conditions that benefit from Hydrotherapy:
Therapeutic benefits:
Muscular relaxation/reduction of spasms
Progress weight-bearing capacity
Reduces swelling through hydrostatic pressure
Increased joint range of motion
Improved strength and core stability
Enhanced cardiovascular fitness
Exercise Physiology

Conditions We Work With:

Clinical Pilates Rehab Classes
Targeted Movement for Core Stability, Posture, and Injury Recovery
Clinical Pilates is a powerful tool for rehabilitation, delivered under the guidance of qualified physiotherapists and exercise physiologists. These sessions focus on improving posture, flexibility, core strength, and movement control — all critical components of injury prevention and long-term physical health.
At Rehab First, our small-group Clinical Pilates classes are personalised to your goals and health needs. We assess your condition and tailor your program to help restore function, relieve chronic pain, and prevent future issues. It’s ideal for those recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, or seeking guided movement & exercise prescription to support wellbeing.

NDIS Services
Empowering People of All Abilities
Through Individualised Therapy
As a registered NDIS provider, we offer expert support for participants with physical, intellectual, and neurological disabilities. Our team takes the time to understand your unique goals — whether that’s building mobility, increasing independence, or participating more in daily life.
Our physiotherapists and exercise physiologists work collaboratively with participants, families, and support coordinators to deliver care in the clinic, home, or community. Every session is tailored, goal-oriented, and designed to improve both physical function and quality of life.

WorkCover / CTP Rehab
Helping You Recover, Rebuild, and Return to Work and Life
Injuries from workplace incidents or motor vehicle accidents can be overwhelming — physically and emotionally. Our team provides structured rehabilitation under WorkCover and CTP frameworks, offering expert support to get you back to work and daily function safely.
We provide comprehensive assessments, communication with your case manager, and ongoing rehab plans that reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore your physical capacity. Whether you need hands-on physio, clinical exercise therapy, or hydrotherapy, we’re here to guide your recovery every step of the way.
Women’s Health Physiotherapy & Rehab
Specialised Care for Every Life Stage
Women’s bodies go through many physical changes — from pregnancy to menopause and beyond. Our women’s health team offers compassionate, evidence-based care for pelvic floor concerns, postnatal recovery, hormonal changes, and more.
Using tailored exercise therapy, pelvic floor re-education, and clinical Pilates, we help women regain control, reduce discomfort, and feel confident in their bodies again. Our approach is private, respectful, and always guided by your goals and comfort.

Sports Injury Management
Recover Stronger and Perform Better
Injuries can be a major setback for athletes and active individuals — but with the right rehab, they can also be a launchpad for better performance. Our sports injury specialists offer accurate assessments, hands-on treatment, and progressive exercise programs to get you back to your sport, stronger and smarter.
We tailor our rehab plans to your sport, position, and injury history. Whether you’re dealing with a strain, sprain, tendon injury, or post-surgical recovery, we’ll guide your return to play with confidence and reduced re-injury risk.

Neurological Rehabilitation
Restoring Function, Independence, and Quality of Life
Living with a neurological condition can impact every aspect of daily life — but targeted rehab can make a big difference. Our team supports clients with stroke, Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injuries, and more, using evidence-based therapy to promote neuroplasticity and regain function.
We focus on what you want to achieve — whether it’s walking, improving balance, building strength, or restoring independence. Every session is personalised, encouraging, and grounded in long-term outcomes.

Post Surgical Rehabilitation
Safe, Structured Recovery After Surgery
Rehabilitation is essential after surgery — but it’s not one-size-fits-all. Our team works closely with your surgeon’s protocol and your personal goals to guide your recovery, restore strength, and rebuild mobility.
We treat patients following joint replacements, spinal procedures, reconstructions, and orthopaedic surgeries. Whether you’re in the early stages or progressing toward return to work or sport, our team will help you move forward, one step at a time.
